Complex font types PDF is not being converted

I tested with you PDF file.

The first page uses a CID Type0 OpenType font, which was not supported by pdf2htmlEX before. And I've just fixed in the incoming branch.

For the rest 2 pages, unfortunately seems that the font files used cannot be supported by poppler. You may not be able to view the files correctly with a PDF viewer using poppler. You may report a bug to poppler if you like :)

Remarks on poppler, there's a warning Syntax Warning: Mismatch between font type and embedded font file, so it could be something wrong in the PDF file instead.
