Thank you for developing this smart tool. After using SComatic in my data, I found that there is a strong correlation between the mutation number and the cell number we used. So here is the question: when we compare mutations between groups with different cell numbers, how can we remove the effect of cell numbers. Is there any suggestion for this concern?
