Fix and return height in the following x/distribution REST handlers:

• /distribution/validators/{validatorAddr}/rewards
• /distribution/validators/{validatorAddr}
• /distribution/delegators/{delegatorAddr}/rewards/{validatorAddr}
• /distribution/delegators/{delegatorAddr}/rewards
