A sub-branch of JN.1.48.1 is included in usher tree of this branch due to usher misplacement, (The branch having T3913A) , Please remove it out of the LF.9 designation. @AngieHinrichs

A sub-branch of JN.1.48.1 is included in usher tree of this branch due to usher misplacement, (The branch having T3913A) , Please remove it out of the LF.9 designation. @AngieHinrichs

As far as I can tell, in the 2024-08-28 tree, none of the LF.9 designated sequences have T3913A. So I don't see a problem - ? If you still see a misplaced branch, please give a sequence name from the branch so I can take a closer look.

As far as I can tell, in the 2024-08-28 tree, none of the LF.9 designated sequences have T3913A. So I don't see a problem - ? If you still see a misplaced branch, please give a sequence name from the branch so I can take a closer look.

Sorry. I was supposed to say "T3913A dropout". This branch has everything of JN.1.48.1 (C8092T, T18741C, C25378T, C25688T etc. together with S:S60P, S:R346T and S:F456L) except for T3913A.
