S:244 of XBC is deleted, and so-called "S:L244F" is just undeletion artefact

XBC has 22289-22294 deletion, which should be S:del243-244, but always being recognized as del242-243. And TT is duplicated in some sequences, and got analyzed as "A22942T" and "S:L244F".

2023-12-06 (7) XBC has 22289-22294 deletion, which should be S:del243-244, but always being recognized as del242-243. And TT is duplicated in some sequences, and got analyzed as "A22942T" and "S:L244F".
