Hi Pangolin team,

I'm from the Danish Covid19 Genomics Consortium (DCGC) and we are observing what seems to be a novel lineage carrying the E484K + F888L mutations in the S protein. All you need to know is in the folder "E484K-F888L_new-lineage". It would be very helpful for our investigations if this can be singled out as a separate lineage.

Best,
Thomas

This looks like it is the same lineage as described in Issue #4 - designated as lineage B.1.525

Going to close the pull request @TYMichaelsen, but we've included the IDs you provided into the official list for pango lineage B.1.525. I'll be running model training today and the new release of the pangoLEARN model will be tagged here when ready.
