Improve exception traceback reporting

If an exception is thrown at any level of an estimator tree, no information is given to the user about which branch of it caused it. Only way to figure it out is to go into pdb post mortem and look around. Instead the traceback should be given. We can add try/except clauses in all recursive methods and try to give a more informative feedback.
