purposely make tests on both ubuntu-20.04 and ubuntu-22.04 environments.

Support status

According to the Ubuntu release cycle the standard support for each release covers five years after the release, meaning that Ubuntu 20.04 is under standard support until April 2025.

The GitHub runner-images overview shows no deprecation notice for ubuntu-20.04, so also from this point of view there is no reason to remove ubuntu-20.04 from the list of tested environments.
