Capabilities

• Select Condition: Choose the experimental condition to be displayed. Data from different experimental conditions can be added to R script.
• Select Style: Choose the style file to style the network. Style files can easily be added to the repo and called from the R script.
• Select Layout: Choose the layout of the graph. Examples include "cose", "cola" and "grid".
• Node Name: Type in the name of the node of interest.
