Cloud Shell for CyVerse VICE

Cloud Shell uses Ubuntu 20.04 with Python3 conda, Rust cargo, and go language.

The shell uses tmux by default to persist without timeouts in the browser. This modifies the functionality of the terminal display to some extent. It maintains tmux default key bindings.

We have also added iCommands for iRODS to move files from the CyVerse Data Store.
