  1. Update Dockerfile 

    Install mygene for querying gene IDs and symbols from mygene.info.

mygene.info seems to be actively maintained. The query results are more comprehensive
than [biomaRt](https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/biomaRt.html).
