Initial Windows release
This build forces 200 tick, so you don't need to use -tickrate
(for use on servers that don't allow you to change the command line arguments)
The Windows build was tested against Windows XP and Windows 10, it should work on Vista/2008, 7/2008r2 and 8.1/2012r2 as well.

This build allows you to specify -tickrate
, so you can set any tickrate that you want (above 10)

The linux version was linked against glibc 2.21 and built with GCC 5.3.0.
