The "Verification: never" option is unintuitively named

We've discussed "manual" as a possible alternative.

Note that the option is currently named "automated verification". Given that name, "never" seems more correct than "manual". We could also change the option name to "when to run verification", with options "manually", "on change" and "on save", but what's incorrect about that is that when you use "on save", you can still run verification manually before saving.
