Notable changes:

• Pulled in even newer bashy-lib.
• Reworked a bunch of commands to be hierarchical, e.g. instance create.
• Reworked a bunch of commands to be more consistent in the arguments they accept.
• Added a dns family of commands, both for Route53 and making "front-end" DNS requests.

This project is still very much a work-in-progress, and this release is very much an intermediate state. There are a lot more commands that should be made hierarchical, for example.

Notable changes:

• Pulled in new bashy-lib, with no tweaks to the code in this project beyond adjusting to the new library. That said, the new library will make it easier to reorganize the scripts, in particular to introduce a hierarchical command structure.
