Implementation of DIS (isnet-gernal-use)

Hello! I wanted to let you know that I have successfully integrated support for the new DIS model. As a temporary solution, I have published the ONNX model in my forked repository. @danielgatis, would you be able to download the model and include it in your releases? This way, I can update the URL accordingly.

Here are the details of my implementation:

• Implemented changes for issue [FEATURE] Add support for DIS #406

• Added a new model download f

• Modified the Baseclass to accommodate additional output sizes

• Adjusted the normalization process for the isnet-general-use model.

Hi, Daniel. Great to see DIS has been integrated into rembg, but what's the flags that we need to put in to use this when removing backgrounds?
