Formats in WebGLCompressedTextureS3TC don't work

The formats in http://api.dartlang.org/html/WebGLCompressedTextureS3TC.html seems to be wrong adressed.
I created a small test...

The enums are correct. The invalid enum error is because the extension isn't initialized. If I change it to the following, modeled after code at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/WebGL/Using_Extensions
