With dart-lang/sdk#39810 we've removed support for ia32 on macOS from the Dart SDK. For technical reasons, we can no longer create distributions for ia32 for all future releases. We should remove the ia32 download links from https://dart.dev/tools/sdk/archive to avoid people downloading outdated versions of the Dart SDK and/or broken links on the dart.dev.
