Je merge, le problème econnection refused est sûrement du au frontend et à l'authentificaiton basic Api Token qui n'a pas forcément été intégrée côté frontend |

Nouvelle archive DATA à utiliser :
Le dashboard se base toujours sur des données moke data/mock-data-dashboard.json
Ajout du fichier data/updated_vessels_table.csv
Pour Docker Compose, repartir d'une situation vierge
docker volume rm 12_bloom_bloom-redis 12_bloom_bloom-dataEt lancer une première fois la stack avec le script
docker/up_with_data.bat|shLe dashboard charge bien les données mocke par contre lorsque l'on charge la map on a une erreur
