Following the discussion in #43, this PR aims to clean up the repository with the following goals:
sqlcrate from thesourcesdirectory. This crate will be moved to thedatafusion-table-providersrepository.datafusion-flight-sql-serverin the repository. This involves moving the code from the existingsources/flight-sqlcrate to a new crate.
