Moves nbformat and nbformat_minor to ymeta.
Changes the YNotebook signal to support the new nbformat.
Adds a local dirty property to track changes in the frontend without modifying the shared dirty attribute.

Yep, I can do it.
Let's wait until all the tests finish, I want to know why the UI fails.

I think the UI test failures are not related.
