Custom Modifier for 'Add (Mod Char)' cards' can affect non-custom games #271

Steps To Reproduce:

With any modded character mod enabled,
Start a Custom run, playing as Defect, and enable the custom run modifier adding the Modded character's cards to the pool.
Abandon the run.
Start a Normal run, playing as Defect.
Enter a combat, and add Creative AI's to your hand and play them.

Actual Result: The Creative AI power will still be able to add the Modded Character's Power cards to your hand at the start of each turn (in the normal run).

Expected Result: The Creative AI power will only add Defect cards in normal runs.
