Refactor: Remove most usage of pdiagh in hsolver_lcao.cpp #4742

Removed most most usage of this->pdiagh in hsolver_lcao.cpp, making it consistent with rafactored hsolver_pw.cpp

But I left the pexsi part unmodified, because its usage is different from other solvers, so modifying it may cause unpredicted problems.
