HAMMER Filesystem port to Linux

Installation: make && insmod hammer.ko

Do not use on a production system. Unimplemented functions intentionally
cause a kernel panic.

Conventions:
- Linux-specific functions prefixed with 'hammerfs_'
- DragonFly BSD files copied verbatim to dfly/
- wrapper definitions in dfly_wrap.[ch]
