Which Delta project/connector is this regarding?
Description
Make
ProtocolimplementAbstractProtocol.Add some better validation of constructor params, too.
Add a simple ActionSerializerSuite, that is not fully fleshed out, that makes sure we are writing good protocol json.
How was this patch tested?
Existing + new UTs.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing changes?
No.
