Text set to bold in content pages does not display bold in Windows browsers

Expected behavior

Writing this in a content file:

**NOTE:** On August 28th, we will be having a Leadership Summit. **(BY INVITATION ONLY)**

Should result in this:

NOTE: On August 28th, we will be having a Leadership Summit. (BY INVITATION ONLY)

Actual behavior

On Mac browsers, it renders in bold. On Windows it does not.

This might be related to the fact that it cannot render the font-weight for our fonts.
