Description

This change removes direct support for elasticsearch and enables mactime2 to write the record flow format, which is understood by rdump (which has elasticsearch support).

Example

cargo run --bin mactime2 -- -b tests/data/mactime2/csv_test.bodyfile -F record | rdump

Next steps

The next steps would be to enable all other timelining tools to directly write the record flow format, which is much more flexible, so that further processing can be done using rdump, elasticsearch, or others
