Currently, the process involves copying functions from include/bezier/*.h into interfaces in docs/abi/*.rst (twice) and this is bound to be error prone.

Updating docs/abi/ examples.

In the process, removing the `libgfortran` add-on, it was caused
by `gcc` being "wrong" on macOS, which I resolved in a different way.
