Motivation

Currently, when a user want to import POIs from CSV without specifying, they have to insert "closed=yes" for every day of the week, which contradicts the intuitive way of "leaving empty columns will result in the default value".

Proposed Solution

Treat missing opening hours as closed when importing POIs from CSV
