PR ini sebenernya baru inisial awal.
Perlu feedbacknya apakah project ini perlu di upgrade dengan latest version
Django 3.0.3atau masih tetep diDjango 2.2.10 LTSPR ini cuman sebatas upgrade Django dan beberapa dependensi yang tidak support di Django paling terbaru.
Sejauh ini pengecekan migrasi lancar baru sebatas dari unit/integration test menggunakan command
./runtest.sh
