After Implementing this fabulous pager. I noticed some performance regressions. Upon studying the internals, I see that when you send in an IQueryable representing a vast dataset. The
Count()
query can be expensive. So I have added aTotalListCount
as an optional parameter if the consumer already has that handy. So the library would only make a paged request to the data source.I also deprecate Startup.cs on Example Project and Added support for NET7
