.NET February 2023 Update - .NET 7.0.3, .NET 6.0.14 #8191

Developers are reporting that upgrading to .NET SDK 7.0.200 causes a new error:
This was intentionally disallowed in PR dotnet/sdk#29065 to fix dotnet/sdk#15607. The issues dotnet/sdk#30624 and dotnet/sdk#30625 have been filed about this breaking change. This also impacted 6.0.* and now we can't pack our solutions anymore. Why would anyone make this breaking change? |
