This just adds building of the FSharp.Benchmarks.sln to the CI. This will ensure the benchmarks don't rot at least in the most trivial way (which has happened multiple times already).
Also:
In the followup, I will revive the SmokeTestAllBenchmarks.ps1 to also ensure that things don't explode in the runtime. I will also probably refactor the historical benchmark a bit.
