@safern @ericstj @Anipik I had originally submitted this change in this PR but it was accidentally merged (but promptly backed-out). I was hoping I could reuse the same PR but couldn't, so this is the new one, consuming the package with the fix (the bug was that some xml files were missing in the package). |

Customer Impact
This is an infrastructure change that bumps the intellisense package. Customers will not be directly affected by this.
They will receive the latest documentation updates as of 10/19 via IntelliSense.
Testing
Manually verified the contents of the new package contained the expected latest changes. I created a diff between the RC1 files and these ones, and can confirm I see the expected changes: https://github.com/dotnet/api-catalog-infra/pull/28
