Fix
The release of the new version(before yesterday) of the
embedhttps://www.drupal.org/project/embed module has resolved our issue, as mentioned here: https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_embed/issues/3466609#comment-15723516. The suggested patch is no longer necessary (and it could break webform creation again @pmethukupally indentified. )
