Batch of bugfixes for the ORM

Addresses #2146, #2272, #2849, #2603.

• limit and offset now accepts placeholders as values in MySQL. Added appropriate tests. ([BUG]: Using sql.placeholder with limit and/or offset for a prepared statement produces TS error #2146).
• Bugs described in [BUG]: #2272 and [BUG]: Error thrown when trying to insert an array of new rows using generatedAlwaysAsIdentity() for the id column #2849 seem to no longer be present in latest, so I just added tests to verify such.
• SQLite dialect now parses bigint correctly when using Bun SQLite driver. Unlike other drivers which parse the blob as Buffer, Bun SQLite parses it as UInt8Array which Drizzle wouldn't handle before.
