• New-DscResourcePowerShellHelp
  • Fixed so the cmdlet is case-insensitive when it looks for the README.md
    file in a resource source folder (issue Conceptual help cannot be generated if the README.md is using upper-case #42).

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes Conceptual help cannot be generated if the README.md is using upper-case #42
