Details of the scenario you try and problem that is occurring:
The three examples are not linked to the README.md.

The DSC configuration that is using the resource (as detailed as possible):
n/a

Version of the Operating System, SQL Server and PowerShell the DSC Target Node is running:
n/a

Version of the DSC module you're using, or 'dev' if you're using current dev branch:

- Changes to SqlServerDsc
  - Updated README.md with known issue section for each resource.
  - Resources that did not have a description in the README.md now has one.
  - Resources that missed links to the examples in the README.md now has those
    links.
- Changes to SqlServerEndpoint
  - Updated README.md with links to the examples (issue #504).
