This is basically related to the issue #839.
Please use the following command to support custom extensions when build wasm.
For example,
to support excel extension:
DUCKDB_EXCEL=1 make wasm
to support json extension:
DUCKDB_JSON=1 make wasm
to support excel and json both extensions:
DUCKDB_EXCEL=1 DUCKDB_JSON=1 make wasm
