This PR removes
voiceSearchHelperfromAppDependencyProviderand updates the test suite to no longer mutate the dependency provider singleton. Tests that use this pattern have been prone to occasional crashes, so I'm simplifying them and working towards removingmakeTestingInstance()entirely.Steps to test this PR:
