Note that windows support is experimental. msys2 is a requirement for building, however not for running. In particular, since there is no pam on windows, pam_duo does not usefully work - but login_duo will work with the openssh ForceCommand configuration

It uses powershell as the default shell instead of bash, and places configuration files in c:/ProgramData/duo rather than /etc.
