I can't recall which tool we used for the original. I agree now is a good time for a refresh. perhaps we could recruit someone with some design skills to help out. I think @nilslice might have some opinions.

This is the essence of what I was trying to achieve here 👍 no strong feelings in dropping this when we have a better option 🙂

i think it's in the right direction. we should try to preserve some of the original design elements. When i prompted this image i used terms like "organic", "light", "vectorize", "hand-drawn". while i do think we want it to be more professional i like the idea of feeling more organic and juxtaposed to terms like "corporate", "angular", "mechanical", "precise".

I think there is a lot of inspiration to be taken from actual chicory flowers too. They are really non-traditional and asymmetric in shape and have this nice lavender gradient color to them.

instead of trying to reach consensus over a new logo, for now I made a minor adjustment to the original, removing the background but keeping a fat outline of the same color
