Instructions

To run Scented locally, follow these steps:

1. Run 'npm install' to install required packages
2. Run 'create db scented' to create database
3. Run 'npm run seed' to seed the database
4. Run 'npm run start-dev' to run the program locally
5. Navigate to localhost:8080 in your browser
