The order of the dimensions of the variables in the "skill" netcdf should be (time, node)
The name of the variables in the "skill" netcdf should be prefixed with the name of the variable from schism. E.g. elev_observations, elev_forecast etc. This would allow extending the skill netcdf with additional variables.
