feat(print): print config for nuxt

I think this is on a level where it can be merged. I will continue with implementation of content on Nuxt side, but will add additional PRs for this.

Cover page and activities are the most advanced (although not yet perfect). The other content/config type exist as placeholder only.

Implemented:

• Parsing print configuration on nuxt side
• Add tailwind CSS for styles
• re-enable @carlobeltrame's implementation of activity/content print
• various cleanup of code and removal of legacy code
• Print directly from Picasso and single activity view
• Richtext fix in react print
