See https://github.com/eclipse/lemminx-maven/issues/244#issuecomment-1012117601 , the closing tab completion should be higher priority than <!-- and <![CDATA[]]> completion items, as it's more contextual.
Exemple

<tag><|

should complete on | with </tag> as 1st proposal; currently it's <!-- then <!CDATA[]]> then </tag>
