- add favicon - move html to layout directory - move js to static directory - remove unnecessary data.js import - create build system based on Python/Jinja2 - move all data to python - improve stylesheet - Fix Docker 101 tutorial issues - fix syntax highlighting - deduplicate html - remove unnecessary js - Renamed topics to category - Simpler search input fields
Non-duplicate content remains in resource.css. There may be duplicate rules or inconsistencies, but at this point it's really too difficult to figure it out.

Adds main page, resource page and mobile menu which are responsive. Main page has filter functionality and links to different resources. Clicking on any resource will direct to resource page displaying all the content.
