Switched to CIE 1931 xy colorspace for all new Mood events, and migrated existing user mood events when they matched known samples.

Released 4th generation url encoding (versionCode=3) that adds field for relative brightness and expands max number of events to support full 64x64 unique events

also fixed tons of bugs including unnamed moods/groups and attempted to unify edit state pages (now mostly unified)
