Describe the bug
server urls that have / at the end shouldn't break agents ability to send metrics

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change elastic_apm.server_url to url that has / at the end. For example:
elastic_apm.server_url = https://example.com/

I also recommend changing service name to something new
2. Reload php/etc
3. Send a request
4. Check Kibana APM, you wouldn't find your request / service

Expected behavior
URLs both with ending / and without it should work.
