What does this PR do?
Update ssl.supported_protocols setting to contain correct defaults.
Why is it important?
Beats 7.6 introduced TLS1.3 and sets the default TLS protocols to TLS1.1, 1.2, 1.3. The reference configuration files act as documentation and should display the correct values.
