Timepicker independent histogram

Hello.
I use kibana nt only with logstash, but also to store some statistical data there and I think I'm not alone at this implementation.
It will be useful to create:
ability for histogram not to use general datetime picker, but use it's own.
That will allow to compare statistical data on two histograms located nearby.
